Why join

Why join PotomaQ

This work connects difficult mathematics to real computing systems. Our team follows ideas from algorithm design through compilation to hardware execution.

  1. Shape our research agenda and engineering culture as the company grows.

  2. Develop algorithms and test them against real hardware constraints.

  3. Work across quantum algorithms, error correction, AI systems, and hardware integration.

  4. Publish research and build tools that others can inspect and reproduce.

Location, working arrangement and compensation are discussed directly with candidates.
