The role
- Responsibilities
- Evaluate codes, decoding, and fault-tolerant operations against target hardware. Study how noise, connectivity, and control latency affect reliability, qubit overhead, and runtime.
- Relevant experience
- Quantum error correction, fault-tolerant computation, decoding, or noise modelling.
- Evidence to share
- Research or software connecting an error-correction method to explicit hardware and reliability assumptions.
